Along with four other freelance designers, I was given the opportunity to design and exhibit a limited edition hand printed t-shirt and framed print at Strong Island's Clothing shop in Southsea. Strong Island's brand identity is based on a nautical theme, inspired by the old Portsmouth, its association with the Navy as well as skateboarding. 

 

My inspiration came from the trip to Portsmouth when I spotted a list of Roman numerals on the side on the HMS Warrior 1860, and then later the Royal Navy's uniform, specifically the rank insignia. 

The t-shirts and framed prints were all for sale, and the proceeds went to Portsmouth Autism Support Network.
